At Shankesvar Cards, we strive to provide valuable and enriching digital experiences through our online masterclasses. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing access to our services via the Platform at https://shankesvar.com (the “Platform”).
By purchasing a service or product on our Platform, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Product – No Cancellation After Purchase
All purchases for our online masterclass are final. Once the payment is successfully processed and access is granted, no cancellations or modifications are permitted, as the content constitutes digital goods delivered immediately after the transaction.
2. No Refunds Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If you are unable to attend the live session due to personal scheduling conflicts.
If you face technical issues from your end (including but not limited to internet failure, device incompatibility, or login/access errors not attributable to Shankesvar Cards).
If you change your mind after purchase.
3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances
Refunds may only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:
If the masterclass is cancelled or rescheduled by Shankesvar Cards and the new schedule is not suitable for the attendee.
If the user was not granted access to the masterclass due to an error solely attributable to our platform (e.g., payment processed but access not delivered).
If the content provided during the masterclass was not delivered in substantial accordance with the description and structure promised on the Platform, and the claim is raised in writing within 24 hours of the session.
All such claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Shankesvar Cards reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the applicable circumstances above, you must:
Email us at shankesvar@gmail.com within 24 hours of the session completion.
Include your full name, registered email address, payment reference number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited within 2 business days to your original method of payment.
5. No Refunds for Group Registrations or Offers
If you have purchased access as part of a group offer, combo deal, coupon code discount, or promotional campaign, no partial refunds will be issued for individual attendees or unused portions.
